Annual Wellness NurseThe Annual Wellness Nurse is responsible for completing Medicare Annual Wellness Visits for Medicare fee-for-service patients in a clinic setting. These visits are conducted annually, and the nurse may rotate among multiple clinic locations to meet patient needs. This role requires flexibility and a willingness to assist with other clinic functions as needed. The Annual Wellness Nurse carries out all duties in alignment with the Mission and Values of Hattiesburg Clinic.Education & Experience:Graduation certificate from an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program, requiredCurrent MS state licensure, requiredCPR, ACLS, and IV certifications, preferredQualifications:Strong discretion and ability to handle confidential informationComposure in fast-paced, high-pressure environmentsWillingness and ability to learn new technologiesDependable, punctual, and highly detail-orientedStrong multitasking and independent-work capabilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAccurate documentation skillsAbility to follow established workflows consistentlyKnowledge of EMR, medical management and policies and proceduresWork Schedule:Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM.
