QUARTZ DISTRIBUTION - MATERIAL HANDLER (NIGHTS)

Operates various powered industrial trucks to pick customer orders and conveys orders to packing station or shipping area. Major Function and Scope Operates forklift and/or crane equipment Keys orders into Warehouse Management System (WMS) Verifies stock availability and audits orders for accuracy Conveys picked orders to packing station or shipping area Monitors equipment or processes and reports problems to supervisor Follows standard operating procedures Maintains a safe working environment by obeying all safety rules as outlines in the Safety Accountability Policy and by reporting all accidents, unsafe conditions and acts to management Keeps area safe, clean and organized Operates wireless devices (tablet, scanners) and automated equipment Conducts daily cycle counts Performs receiving duties such as receive and unload inbound material Performs other related duties as required.
