The posted compensation range of $17.24 - $24.35 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. • Clinical Support: Assist the nursing team with patient procedures, wound care, equipment management, and supply organization.
• Patient Care: Perform daily living assistance, including hygiene, bathing, and comfort measures, while maintaining accurate documentation.
• Rounding & Monitoring: Conduct hourly rounds to check vitals, update patient boards, and communicate status reports to the clinical team.
• Mobility & Transport: Safely assist patients with ambulation and coordinate the transport of discharged patients.
• Care Plan Contribution: Actively contribute to the nursing process by collecting data, observing patient responses, and reporting findings to the RN.
• Patient Advocacy: Maintain a vigilant focus on patient needs, ensuring high-quality, compassionate care while multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Successful Completion of the 75-hour state-approved Nursing Assistant course
• Active Nurse Aide (CNA) license in good standing in Nebraska
• Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association
