Summary Act as an ambassador for the brand, delivering exceptional luxury customer service to maximize individual and team sales. Build and maintain long‑term client relationships through a personalized, omnichannel approach and accurate CRM management. Ensure a memorable in‑store experience while supporting visual standards, loss prevention, and achievement of sales KPIs. Responsibilities Welcome and serve clients, placing the customer at the center of the client journey ceremony. Capture and maintain customer data in the company CRM to develop personalized relationships and future opportunities. Promote an omnichannel mindset and collaborate with other departments for cross‑selling opportunities. Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs through proactive selling and clienteling. Maintain high standards of shop floor presentation and visual merchandising per company guidelines. Handle customer complaints professionally and elevate to line manager when necessary. Contribute to store security and loss prevention efforts. Stay informed on fashion trends, competitors, and product knowledge. Requirements Proven passion for selling and working in stores, with experience building long‑lasting client relationships. Curiosity and interest in luxury, fashion, art, and design. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work independently and as part of a team. Ambition, resilience, self‑motivation, result‑driven attitude, and problem‑solving skills.
