Lathe Machinist

Lathe Machinist Position

Set up, operate, and maintain multi-axis CNC lathe machines for production runs.

Perform tool changes, offsets, and machine adjustments as needed to maintain quality and productivity.

Edit and troubleshoot CNC programs using G and M codes to optimize performance and resolve issues.

Work with a variety of materials including steels, aluminum, and plastics to produce precision components.

Inspect and verify dimensions of machined parts using microscopes, micrometers, comparators, gauge pins, thread gauges, and calipers.

Pay & Shift:

• 1st Shift: 7am - 3:30pm M-F (Flexible)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bloomington, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
