About the Role:

Spring Industries in Ventura, CA is looking for a motivated and dependable Production Worker to join our growing team! This is a great opportunity to be part of a hands-on manufacturing environment where your work makes a real impact every day. Looking for a Production worker to form small metal and wire parts, deburring and inspecting. Must be able to work at a fast pace with an eye for Quality and Detail. Bilingual is helpful but not required. Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production equipment and machinery on the manufacturing floor
• Assemble, process, or package products according to quality and production standards
• Inspect finished goods for defects and ensure quality control compliance
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in accordance with safety protocols
• Meet daily production quotas and targets in a fast-paced environment
• Report equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors promptly
• Follow all company procedures, safety guidelines, and OSHA regulations

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment preferred
• Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment and processes
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately
• High school diploma or GED preferred
