What You'll Do

- Encourages residents’ independence and assists with self-care as needed - Provides personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, mouth care, and nail care - Assists with toileting, incontinence care, and changes linens as needed - Helps transfer residents safely and obtains help for total lifts - Assists with meals and ensures resident comfort at rest times - Responds promptly to call lights and reports changes or injuries to supervisors - Applies standard precautions and follows isolation procedures - Supports restorative and rehabilitative care - Performs unit cleaning duties and other tasks as required

What We're Looking For

- Current GNA certification in the state of Maryland - Previous experience in a healthcare or senior living setting preferred - Genuine passion for providing compassionate, resident-centered care - Strong teamwork skills and a positive, respectful attitude - Ability to communicate clearly and maintain confidentiality - Commitment to maintaining high standards of care and professionalism
