Lead Cyber Wargames Facilitator

About This Role: Wells Fargo is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Lead Cyber Wargame Facilitator to lead the design, planning, and execution of cybersecurity wargames. This role will be responsible for creating realistic and challenging scenarios that test and improve the organization's ability to detect, respond to, and recover from cyberattacks. The Lead Cyber Wargame Facilitator will also provide leadership and mentorship to junior facilitators and analysts.   In this role, you will:Lead the design, development, and execution of cybersecurity wargames, tabletop exercises, and simulations Create realistic and challenging scenarios that simulate real-world cyber threats and attacksFacilitate wargames, guiding participants through the exercise and ensuring objectives are met Analyze wargame results and develop after-action reports with actionable recommendations for improvement Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure wargames are technically accurate and relevantMentor and train junior wargame facilitators and analysts Develop and maintain wargame templates, tools, and resourcesStay up-to-date on the latest cyber threats, attack techniques, and defense strategies Present wargame findings to senior management and stakeholdersContinuously improve the wargaming program based on feedback and lessons learnedRequired Qualifications:5+ years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, incident response, or wargamingDesired Qualifications:Knowledge of industry frameworks and standards, such as NIST Cybersecurity FrameworkSecurity certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, or CEHExperience in a leadership or mentoring roleBachelor's degree in cybersecurity, computer science, or a related fieldProven experience in designing, planning, and facilitating cybersecurity wargamesStrong understanding of cyber threats, attack techniques, and defense strategiesExcellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience with wargaming methodologies and tools Ability to obtain security clearance, if requiredJob Expectations:This position offers a hybrid work schedule This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorshipSalary Ranges:$119,000 - $187,000 - Charlotte, NC$119,000 - $187,000 - Irving, TX$131,000 - $206,000 - Minneapolis, MN$143,000 - $224,000 - Iselin, NJPay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location.
