- Position: 1st Timer - ER RN
- Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)
- Floating Required: Yes, per unit needs
- On-Call: No
- Weekends: Yes, every other weekend
- Block Scheduling: No
- Patient Ratios: 4:1
- Special Requirements:
- ACLS, BLS, PALS Certifications Required
- EPIC HARSTOP Experience Required
- Experience:
- First timers must have >3 years of experience
- Non-first timers should have 2+ years of experience
- Vehicle Requirement: Must have a vehicle for this assignment
- Traveler Information:
- Potential to float to other units based on skill set
- Competitive incentive for floating to designated facilities
- Hotel accommodations if floating consecutive shifts

Patient Care:
- Diverse patient populations, including:
- Emergency medical care
- Stroke and STEMI certified
- Inpatient behavioral health care

Interdisciplinary Support:
- Access to IV Teams, Respiratory Services, Radiology, Social Services, and more.

Special Skills:
- Strong management of emergency conditions
- Experience with ventilated patients and complex medical cases
