Night Auditor

Job Summary We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our Front Desk team as a Night Auditor. The ideal candidate uses their engaging personality to create a memorable first impression for guests. This role serves the key hours where service is of utmost importance, typically from 11pm to 7am. Key Responsibilities Check guests in, ensuring proper credit is received, special requests are noted and fulfilled, and accurate information is established. Help guests discover their "Wanderlust" experience and promote and sell special hotel programs. Handle problem resolution and "WOW" guests through recovery when things aren’t quite right. Interact with hotel/resort staff in a professional manner, assisting other departments with necessary information. Be knowledgeable of all emergency procedures and policies. Maintain house bank, generate, print and distribute daily and weekly reports. Follow night audit procedures with great attention to detail, posting charges, cashing checks, safe deposits and refunds. Communicate all pertinent information to manager on duty and assist other departments as needed. Qualifications Must have the ability to work overnight hours. High attention to detail. High school diploma or equivalent. Strong desire to make an impact on people. Outgoing and engaging personality. Computer skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced setting. Ability to stand for the duration of the shift. Must be available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
