Overnight Concierge / Front Desk Associate

Location: Pikesville, MD

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule: Thursday & Friday, 11:30 PM - 7:30 AM

Position Type: Temporary-to-Hire (12-Week Assignment)

We are seeking a professional, dependable, and customer-focused Overnight Concierge / Front Desk Associate to support a residential condominium community during overnight hours. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service while helping maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for residents and guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner
• Monitor building entrances and security camera systems
• Grant visitor access by buzzing guests into the building and resident units
• Answer and direct incoming telephone calls
• Receive and coordinate deliveries, including packages and newspapers
• Process and communicate maintenance requests
• Maintain a professional and organized front desk area
• Report security concerns or unusual activity to management

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Ability to work independently and handle overnight responsibilities
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Basic computer and phone skills
• Previous experience in concierge, front desk, reception, customer service, hospitality, or security is preferred
