Sales support specialist

We are looking for a Sales Solutions Support Specialist I to join our team and provide top-tier service to our internal and external partners. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our sales support operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and excellence in every interaction. salary: $16 - $20 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

The Sales Solutions Support Specialist is responsible for the entering new applicant information into the Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) and notifies applicants of missing or additional information needed to complete the application process for those that have applied with a Sales Solutions Agent or through the online application.

• Know the details of all plans and guidelines we offer for our plan and partnering state plans.
• Articulate and communicate well over the phone;
• Have a team mentality by working well, being punctual and being respectful to co-workers and Leadership;
• Understanding and learning the functions of how to use the computer programs: Salesforce, Outlook, Filenet, CSP, Company Websites, Membership websites, Facets,Confluence, Cisco, WebEx;
• Work overtime if needed during busy season;
• Learn the basics of how each department within our company works;
