As a Retail Production Associate, you’ll play a critical role in processing and preparing non-clothing donations for the sales floor - helping turn everyday items into valuable resources that fund our programs. What You’ll Do

Sort non-clothing ('hardlines') donations into sellable, salvage, or trash categories following Goodwill standards Assess quality and identify items of value for pricing Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality expectations Prepare donations for the sales floor Maintain clean, safe, and organized work and production areas Dispose of unsellable items using proper procedures (compactor/dumpster) Support donation door operations and assist with donation movement as needed Who You Are
