Registered Dietitian – Stockton, California Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Registered Dietitian to work at a facility in Stockton, California . Pay Rate Pay Rate : $59 / hour *1099 Job Details Area: Medical OT-8HR Class: RD Shift: 1 Start: 07:30:00 End: 16:00:00 Qualifications At least one year (12 months) of previous working experience within the last 36 months (3 years) as a Registered Dietitian. Ability to build rapport with patients. Compassionate and caring demeanor. Familiarity with medical terminology. A valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association). Must have up to date credentials in the state of CA . Responsibilities (may include but is not limited to) Providing timely documentation of nutritional care in accordance with policy through nutritional assessment/progress notes. Conducting diet counseling to all patients. Assessing the dietary and health needs of patients. Counseling patients on food and nutrition. Developing meal plans for clients and gauging the effects of these meal plans. Attending and participating in team meetings, unit/dietary meetings and nutrition meetings. Observing patients at mealtimes. Providing assistance in the management of food production. Attending professional meetings/seminars as appropriate.
