Key Responsibilities\n

As our Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess and track clients' progress using a variety of clinical assessment tools, ensuring that treatment plans remain relevant and effective.

  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, such as psychiatrists, social workers, and peer support specialists, to coordinate care, consult on complex cases, and share best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role specifically targets young adults aged 18 to 30 who seek support in navigating the complexities of mental health issues. You will play a critical part in guiding clients through their recovery journeys, employing evidence-based and holistic approaches that address their emotional, psychological, and social needs within a safe and supportive setting.

  • Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

  • Valid Illinois Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC).
