Job Summary
The Physical Therapist provides direct, patient-centered care using age-specific standards of practice across diverse patient populations. The role evaluates patient needs, develops and implements individualized treatment plans, and collaborates with healthcare team members to achieve functional and patient-centered goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients across various age groups.
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical needs and functional goals.
- Deliver appropriate therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, function, and quality of life.
