Deliver focused, one-on-one speech therapy sessions targeting language proficiency, fluency, voice modulation, and swallowing mechanics.

Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including physical and occupational therapists, nurses, and family members, to ensure cohesive patient care.

Provide vital education to families, enabling them to support their loved ones' progress beyond clinical settings.

Occasionally assist with inpatient evaluations and therapy measures to maintain a seamless continuum of care.

Accurately document patient progress and interventions in compliance with established guidelines and regulations.

Engage in continuous learning by staying updated with the latest developments in speech-language pathology.

A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in pursuit of ASHA certification if not yet obtained.

Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

ASHA's Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) highly preferred.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days post-employment.

Expertise in evidence-based practices applicable to all age groups, alongside a deep appreciation for developmental and acquired communication disorders.

Strong interpersonal skills that foster open communication with patients, their families, and the multidisciplinary care team.
