At Nexus Employment Solutions Plus, Inc., you’ll join a fast-moving manufacturing team in Coal City, IL, where you’ll help assemble, pack, and prepare products that ship nationwide. Picture your day: gearing up, stepping onto the line, and keeping quality high while the team hits production goals together.

• Location: Coal City, IL
• Status: Full-Time
• Shifts: 1st, 2nd, or Weekend (Friday–Sunday)
• Pay: $15.00–$18.00 per hour
• Pay Frequency: Weekly

• Assemble and package products on a production line
• Build customer orders and create product displays
• Inspect items for defects and pull any that don’t meet standards
• Stage finished goods on pallets and wrap for shipment
• Pitch in on general warehouse tasks as needed
• Keep your station—and the facility—clean and safe

• Comfort standing up to 10 hours per day
• Open to training—no experience required
• Reliable, safety-first mindset with strong attention to detail
• Works well independently and within a team
