HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT

* Operate all types of traditional machine shop equipment as required to repair, maintain, and fabricate tooling, fixtures, and samples in support of manufacturing operations with a heavy emphasis on plastic injection molds. * Maintain a safe working attitude, follow safety rules, and promotes a safe culture throughout the facility.

• Must work with little or no supervision.
• Read and interpret blueprint drawings.
• Fabricate parts with a high level of accuracy while holding tight tolerances.
• Perform tool repairs and preventative maintenance at regular intervals.
• Support design and fabrication of jigs and fixtures in support of

manufacturing operations. * Assemble and de-bug tools and fixtures for production area.

YOUR KEY ATTRIBUTES

• You have a High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• You have five (5) years of experience in a Machine Shop environment.
• You have formal education or training in a related technical field.
• Have experience in plastic injection molding, mold maintenance/repair, and

related manufacturing processes. * Able to safely set-up and operate conventional vertical milling machines, lathes, surface grinders, vertical EDM and other shop related equipment.
