Inside Sales Representative

Volt is immediately hiring for Sales Representative in Fresno, CA.

As a Sales Representative you will:

• Serve as the primary liaison for existing customers, addressing questions regarding products, repairs, and additional equipment needs.
• Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling, follow-up with warm leads, preparing quotes, and developing new business opportunities.
• Coordinate customer service handoffs to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain accurate and detailed customer information, activities, and sales updates within the CRM/database.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while identifying opportunities to expand business within the assigned territory.
• Territory coverage will begin in Fresno and expand to Merced and Tulare counties.

This is a full time opportunity. Required Skills

• Previous sales experience required.
• Strong communication and customer relationship-building skills.
• Experience making outbound calls, prospecting, and following up on leads.
• Ability to prepare and present customer quotes.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and maintaining accurate sales records.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for territory travel.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales.
• Prior experience managing a territory and developing new accounts.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills.
• Industry experience is a plus but not required.

Work Schedule (shift hours and work days) Monday - Friday, Day Shift. Standard business hours with travel throughout Fresno, Merced, and Tulare territories as needed.

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour * Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
