UX Designer

We're looking for an experienced UX Designer to join our team in Madison, Wisconsin (Hybrid)! Responsibilities Apply and expand existing design system components in Figma Support migration of digital experiences to a new platform Create design specifications and implementation guidance for engineers Review completed work and provide UX feedback Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and product teams Help make practical, user-focused decisions in an agile environment Required Qualifications UX or Product Design experience Strong design systems experience Advanced Figma skills Experience working closely with front-end engineering teams Ability to create reusable patterns, documentation, and guidance Experience in Agile/Scrum environments Strong communication and collaboration skills React or front-end development familiarity Strong UI and visual design skills Experience supporting platform migrations or modernization efforts Ability to work hybrid in Madison, Wisconsin Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Madison, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
