Welder: Woodstock, Illinois

Our customer in Woodstock, Illinois is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting Welders to work full-time on 3rd shift. As a Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating metal components using various tools and equipment to support the production process.

Responsibilities of the Welder:

• Prepare and position metal for welding and fabrication according to instructions.
• Operate welding machines, tools, and related equipment safely and efficiently.
• Measure, cut, and assemble metal parts to meet specifications and blueprints.
• Inspect work for accuracy, quality, and compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tools and materials.
• Collaborate with team members and follow guidance from supervisors.

Welder Requirements and Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in welding, fabricating, and using various hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints, drawings, and technical instructions.
• Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work under general supervision.
• Basic understanding of mathematics.

Pay for Welder: $23.00 – $24.00/hour.
