Registered Nurse (RN) In Critical Care

Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Profession: Nursing Specialty: Critical Care Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 2 years of current Critical Care experience License: Massachusetts RN license required Certifications: - Active American Heart Association BLS - Active American Heart Association ACLS - National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Must-Have: - Willingness to float as needed - Experience with Vent, ICP Monitoring, and Hemodynamic Monitoring - Meditech Expanse experience strongly preferred - Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) preferred - Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred Description: All travelers must ensure they are reachable and have voicemail set up on their phones. Travelers without voicemail will be redirected if a facility reaches out. Requested time off during the assignment must be noted and verified upon upload. Requests for time off after upload or during the interview will not be approved. No more than five days of time off will be accepted; less is preferred. Include your temporary nursing service agency license with all submissions as required. This license is necessary to staff for temporary needs based on state regulations. Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility will not be considered. Please include your permanent address for the upload. Unit size is 20 beds with a patient ratio of 1:2. Personal scrubs of any color are required. Eight hours of non-billable orientation will be included. Weekends and holidays may be required.
