Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse, Long Term Care — Tuscumbia, Alabama. Travel assignment starting 09/04/2026 for 12 weeks. Weekly pay: $736-$778 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: 3x12 Nights (18:00–06:30). Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility delivering long-term care. This is a travel - temporary assignment coordinated by Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

Responsibilities
- Provide routine nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting, following individualized care plans.
- Administer prescribed medications and securely monitor for adverse reactions, document appropriately.
- Measure and record vital signs, assess changes in resident condition, and communicate findings to the supervising nurse.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, mobility, and personal care while promoting safety and dignity.
- Collaborate with the RN and interdisciplinary team to coordinate care, update care plans, and ensure smooth shift handoffs.
- Maintain accurate charting, follow infection control protocols, and ensure compliance with facility policies.

Requirements
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (active).
- Ability to work 3x12 night shifts with the described rotation and schedule.
- Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings is preferred.
- Graduation from an approved practical nursing program.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a skilled nursing environment and communicate clearly with residents, families, and team members.
