We are seeking a Service Technician to join our maintenance team at a 268-unit apartment community in Coraopolis, PA. As a Service Technician, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the community, completing service requests, preparing apartment homes for new residents, and helping ensure the property remains safe, attractive, and well-maintained. As a Service Technician, you will be expected to:

• Complete service requests and work orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Diagnose and perform repairs involving HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, drywall, and general maintenance.
• Prepare vacant apartment homes for new residents, including repairs, cleaning, and make-ready activities.
• Assist with maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of grounds, common areas, and amenities.
• Conduct property inspections and identify maintenance concerns before they become larger issues.
• Assist with snow removal, salting, and severe weather preparation when required.
• Work closely with fellow team members and office staff to provide an outstanding resident experience.

Compensation & Incentives:

• Base Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
• Up to 50% Rent Discount
• Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions
• Morgan Essentials: $300 Quarterly
• On-Call Appreciation: $15 Per Day for Holding the On-Call Phone

Hours & Schedule:

• Full-Time Position
• Paid rotating on-call participation required
• Must be available for emergency events, snow removal, and severe weather response
• Overtime opportunities may be available based on business needs

What We'll Expect From You:

• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation
• One or more years of maintenance, construction, trades, or related experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, or general maintenance preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and commitment to resident satisfaction.
