Immigration Assistant (FT)

Job Title
You will primarily be expected to assist an immigration lawyer and paralegals with administrative tasks and provide extra help when and where it is needed.
Primary Job Responsibilities
- Assist in printing, copying, scanning, etc.
- Preparing mailing labels.
- Organizing documents and files.
- Updating data in the system.
- Preparing and updating logs.
- General assistance for members of the immigration team.
- Other tasks assigned from time to time.
Skills & Qualifications
- High School Diploma.
- 0-1 year of experience as a file clerk, secretary, or administrative assistant.
- Problem-solving capabilities are necessary to accomplish the duties and tasks of the position.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Detail-oriented.
- Good verbal communication and ability to demonstrate problem-solving skills within a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time.
Pay: From $16.90 18.00 per hour.
