Desired Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification.
• Experience in therapeutic day schools (preferred).
• In-depth knowledge of QBS Safety Care and working with severe behaviors.
• Physically able to push, pull, and lift up to 50lbs.
• Previous experience supervising RBTs is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support classroom teachers with behavioral strategies and plans.
• Lead weekly collaboration meetings.
• Provide hands-on classroom support and model intervention.
• Conduct and write FBAs and BIPs.
• Supervise one RBT and assist with duties as assigned by the school principal.
