General Laborer Food Production (experience in construction or other physical jobs encouraged to apply!!) Location: Denton, TX Pay: $18.50 an hour Schedule: 1st shift, 2/2/3 schedule, 6am to 6pm Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

Our client in the food production industry is seeking motivated Laborers to join their team in the meat room. This is a hands-on role operating industrial equipment in a fast-paced, cold environmentmust be okay with a physical job and working exclusively with raw meat products.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Operate, monitor, and adjust production machinery on the processing floor
• Handle and process raw materials (including meat) to meet production specifications
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and escalate mechanical concerns
• Follow strict safety, quality, and sanitation protocols
• Work in a cold room environment (2428F), with occasional time in a -10F blast freezer
• Keep equipment and work areas clean and organized
