• Pay $38.61/hr

• Referral Bonus $1000

• Paid weekly via direct deposit

• Schedule: Class A position is Monday to Friday and shifts start at 10pm-12am, Class B route driver position is Monday to Thursday and shifts start at 3am, approx. 10-12 hour days

• Equipment: Class A and some Class B

• Routes: Iowa, Nebraska, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Missouri.

• 3-10 stops per day for the Class B route driver position

As the largest supplier of dry ice, Airgas has established a series of production plants across the nation to develop a secure source supply. Distribution Branches are located in strategic locations throughout the country to provide service to key industries including universities and labs. Quality, reliability, and service are the core principles that enable Airgas to grow with organizations who depend on dry ice and cold shipping supplies.

• Safely navigate delivery vehicles to provide dry ice to our customers' places of business.

• Operate a forklift, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment to carefully load and unload dry ice.

• Obtain customer signature , ensure piece count matches load manifest, and collect empty dry ice boxes to be returned to the plant and/or branch, ensuring a seamless service cycle .

• Provide customer service and foster understanding by sharing feedback from customers with the Branch Manager to improve our collective service.

• Conduct thorough pre and post trip reviews on trucks according to DOT and company maintenance guidelines. Maintain a clean and professional environment inside the vehicle.

• Uphold all company policies, safety standards, and DOT/OSHA requirements to ensure a secure workplace for everyone .

• Ensure cargo stability and safety prior to and during transit.

• This role will focus primarily on Class A operations , supporting our partners and dedicated Airgas facilities in various cities across the Midwest.

• The position offers the flexibility to support Class B regional routes, connecting with and serving customers across our designated area .

________________________Are you a MATCH? Required Qualifications:

• At least 21 yrs old

• Valid Class A CDL and B CDL with Airbrake endorsements

• We look for a commitment to maintaining your valid driver's license, medical card, and all necessary endorsements as part of your professional qualifications.

• Must have 1 year of CDL driving experience in the last 5 years or be able to provide proof of a certificate of completion from trucking school completed in the last 12 months.

• Confirmed experience driving in the military with a CDL will also count for the required experience.

• No more than two (2) traffic convictions: OR two (2) at-fault accident in the last 3 years; or no more than a combination of one (1) traffic conviction and one (1) at-fault accident in the last 3 years

• No serious violation ticket (speeding 15+, reckless driving, etc) in the last 3 years.

• No suspensions of CDL in the last 3 years except for "Failure to pay child support".

• A shared dedication to thriving within a supportive, drug-free environment for the safety and well-being of the entire team and community.

• Comfort with physical requirements, such as regularly lifting 75 lbs, and the ability to safely manage larger specialized loads (700 lbs+) utilizing provided wheels, casters, and material handling equipment.

• No DUI on the last 7 years.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Forklift Certification

• Pallet Jack Certification

• 2 years of route driver experience
