Construction Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced Construction Recruiter to join our team in Bloomington, Minnesota on a Contract basis. This position will focus on identifying and engaging specialized talent for complex vertical construction hiring needs, supporting critical project staffing efforts across multiple markets. The ideal candidate brings a strong sourcing mindset, excels at managing candidate flow, and is comfortable working in a hybrid environment after an initial onsite ramp-up period.Responsibilities:• Drive high-volume sourcing strategies to identify professionals with relevant experience for vertical construction positions, including project managers, superintendents, estimators, and quality and safety leaders.• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities from outreach through offer stage, ensuring an organized and efficient candidate experience.• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, handling scheduling logistics and follow-up communication throughout the process.• Build pipelines of hard-to-find construction talent in support of national recruiting efforts tied to specialized project demands.• Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand role priorities, market challenges, and target candidate profiles.• Maintain accurate recruiting activity, candidate records, and workflow updates within the applicant tracking system.• Use LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels to generate talent leads and engage passive candidates for difficult-to-fill openings.• Support staffing efforts connected to major construction initiatives by delivering candidates with relevant experience for high-impact roles.
