Network It Technician

Mega Saver is hiring a Network IT Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot networking infrastructure across our store locations. This is a hands-on, travel-heavy role for someone who's comfortable working independently in the field and diagnosing problems on the fly.

What You'll Do:

• Install and configure network hardware (routers, switches) and software, including cabling and network protocols
• Install and monitor store cameras and MNSP systems
• Perform regular maintenance on network systems and monitor daily operations to keep networks running correctly
• Troubleshoot: analyze, test, and resolve issues across network systems, software, and hardware
• Help enforce network security protocols and safeguard network communications.
• Maintain records and inventory of network hardware and software

What We're Looking For:

• Previous support or technical experience preferred
• Basic understanding of networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
