This role is responsible for shaping and executing the global marketing vision, driving growth, and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. The position involves leading cross-functional teams, developing go-to-market strategies, and promoting digital transformation and customer-centricity across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will have commercial digital experience launching new products or applications and a strong understanding of financials.Key Responsibilities* Partner with Digital and Divisional leadership to lead portfolio strategy for the Digital business to meet annual sales and profit objectives.* Identify segment trends and translate them into actionable market opportunities and requirements for digital solutions.* Manage the pipeline process from ideation through commercialization and develop the strategic roadmap for the segment.* Incubate and launch new business models, such as SaaS, IoT, and digital platforms.* Define and deliver segment-specific marketing strategies, campaigns, value propositions, and messaging.* Work closely with Segment Marketing, Sales, and Product Management to drive results.* Develop sales enablement tools for multiple channels, including email campaigns, collateral, and presentations.* Manage reporting and analytics on all programs to measure success and return on investment.Required Qualifications* Bachelor’s degree.* 8 years of professional experience in a business-to-business environment.* Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role.Preferred Qualifications* MBA, preferably in Marketing.* Strong verbal and written communication skills.* Ability to build relationships and coordinate projects across different functional groups.* Solid business acumen with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.* Experience with a wide range of marketing tools, including strategic and tactical product marketing capabilities. *Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
