Braun Medical, visit Position Summary Coordinates the day-to-day activities of a team of production employees to ensure manufacturing operations run according to established production specifications, schedules, volume, cost, waste, and quality standards. Monitors production volume and quality of output; adjusts tasks, timing, equipment setup, or inputs to ensure targets are met and resources are used efficiently. Supervises staff to ensure all production tasks are performed safely and that machines and equipment are operated in accordance with safety standards. Trains new employees on company procedures, operating standards, and safety practices. Responsible for shift-level safety, training, and continuous improvement initiatives. Prepares production reports to identify performance issues and support resolution. Responsible for personnel actions, including (but not limited to) hiring, performance management, and termination.
