Malone Workforce Solutions is hiring experienced Forklift Operators for a dedicated distribution center supporting a leading manufacturing operation in Kenosha, WI. If you value safety, accuracy, and working with a team that supports your success, we'd like to hear from you.

This is a fast-paced, client-facing warehouse environment focused on quality and precision. Unlike production facilities, this operation is dedicated to full pallet-in/full pallet-out inventory movement, allowing operators to stay on equipment and focus on efficient, accurate material handling throughout their shift.

Pay

Starting pay: $19.00 per hour
2nd Shift Differential: +$1.00 per hour
3rd Shift Differential: +$2.00 per hour

Available Shifts

2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM

What You'll Do

Safely operate powered industrial equipment
Move, store, and retrieve full pallets accurately and efficiently
Maintain a strong commitment to safety and quality standards
Support inventory movement in a fast-paced distribution environment
Work closely with teammates to meet operational goals
Maintain dependable attendance and a positive work ethic

Equipment Experience Needed

Sit-down forklift
Deep reach truck
Order picker/Cherry picker
