We're seeking a dedicated and reliable Charge Nurse – LVN or RN to join our growing team! This role requires trustworthiness, consistency in attendance, and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment. A professional and cooperative demeanor is essential to collaborate with others and provide exceptional care to residents.
Your Impact as a Charge Nurse – LVN or RN
In this role, you will:
- Provide guidance to Nurse Aides to ensure appropriate care for residents.
- Properly and safely administer resident medications as prescribed.
- Execute resident care plans in compliance with company policies, federal guidelines, and physician orders.
- Deliver treatments as required to ensure resident health and comfort.
- Accurately and promptly transcribe physician orders.
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in resident charts and complete required nursing assessments.
- Participate in shift reports to ensure seamless communication and care continuity.
- Implement nursing policies and procedures, educating staff on the care needs of residents.
- Promote a safe working environment by complying with infection control and body mechanic procedures.
- Respond to staffing shortages by arranging for replacement staff as necessary.

- Is a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in good standing.
- Demonstrates excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills.
- Possesses strong communication skills and the ability to organize workflows effectively.
- Responds efficiently to emergencies and pays attention to detail in all tasks.
