What You’ll Do

• Conduct in-home inspections for pest, termite, and rodent services
• Perform thorough 360&degree; inspections including attics, crawlspaces, yards, and exterior areas
• Identify customer concerns and recommend customized treatment and protection plans
• Present pricing, explain services and treatment options, and close sales agreements
• Follow up on company-provided leads while generating self-sourced opportunities
• Build trust and long-term relationships with homeowners through exceptional customer service
• Educate customers on pest prevention and treatment solutions
• Accurately document inspections, sales activity, and customer information using company-provided technology
• Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth service start-up and customer satisfaction
• Maintain professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers at all times
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities and work environments

Qualifications

What You Need to Be Successful:

• 3 years prior sales experience required
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills
• Comfortable working in a commission-based sales environment
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Service-oriented mindset with the ability to build trust and loyalty with customers
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Desire to learn, grow, and develop leadership skills

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Candidates must be able to safely perform the following duties with or without reasonable accommodation:

• Safely use ladders within manufacturer weight limits
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Access crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, confined spaces, and other inspection areas
• Climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl as needed
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including respirators when necessary
• Work outdoors and in varying weather conditions
