- Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, RN Certification - Required Licensure: WI RN license in hand at time of submission - Experience: Critical Care experience required, Neuro IR experience highly preferred; EPIC experience, travel experience preferred - Shift Details: 4 shifts x 9 hours, 0730-1700 M-F; with call based on department needs; 2 holidays per contract - Additional Requirements: May need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed (rarely) - Professional and Personal Health Documents required for onboarding (not for submission): Ascension Specialty Exam, Ascension Core Competencies, Ascension EKG Exam, Ascension Unit Specific Checklist, Professional and Personal Health History documents including Color Vision, MMR, Fit Test, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine, 2 Step PPD OR IGRA, Health Statement, Driver's License/State ID, Varicella, Tdap, Criminal Background Check Results, Education Verification, Confirmation of Assignment, Employment Verification, 11 Panel Drug Screen, and others.
