Responsibilities

• Provide primary and acute care within SNF
• Perform wound management, suturing, injections, and immunizations
• Manage infections and chronic conditions
• Counsel patients and families
• Deliver respectful, patient-centered care

Requirements

• Active NJ NP license
• SNF experience preferred (not required)

Compensation & Benefits

• $115K $150K base
• RVU bonus plan
• 4 weeks PTO
• 1 week CME + $1,500 allowance
