Calhoun's is looking for Cooks to join our team at our Turkey Creek location!

We believe a great kitchen starts with great people. We're looking for team members who bring a positive attitude, enjoy working alongside others, and aren't afraid to jump in and get things done. Whether you've spent years on the line or you're looking for an opportunity to grow your kitchen experience, we'd love to hear from you.

Our line includes Window, Grill, Salad, and Fry positions. Depending on your experience and strengths, you'll help:

• Prepare and stock your station for a successful shift
• Cook and assemble menu items accurately and efficiently
• Follow recipes, portioning, and food preparation procedures
• Monitor food temperatures and maintain quality standards
• Keep your station clean, organized, and ready for service
• Properly use and care for kitchen equipment
• Learn new menu items, specials, and procedures
• Jump in and help your teammates when the kitchen gets busy

We're looking for someone who:

• Is a team player and brings a good sense of humor
• Has a positive attitude and enjoys working with people
• Can move quickly and stay organized in a busy kitchen
• Understands basic math and kitchen conversions
• Can properly use a digital scale and thermometer
• Can follow recipes and established procedures
• Is comfortable standing, bending, and walking throughout the workday
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. and occasionally more with assistance
• Has previous kitchen or line experience - preferred, but a great attitude and willingness to learn go a long way
