You’ll play a key role in supporting students during temporary needs—covering MAT leaves—through evidence-based practices and individualized behavioral interventions. Work directly onsite throughout the school year in an engaging environment with dedicated staff and administration.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
  • Valid California credential with BCBA Authorization
  • Previous experience working within school settings preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams
  • Commitment to ethical standards and best practices in behavioral analysis

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs for students
  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments and create behavior intervention plans
  • Train and support teachers, staff, and families in implementing strategies and data collection
  • Consult regularly with educators and related service providers to ensure student progress
  • Maintain documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal regulations
