You’ll play a key role in supporting students during temporary needs—covering MAT leaves—through evidence-based practices and individualized behavioral interventions. Work directly onsite throughout the school year in an engaging environment with dedicated staff and administration.
Desired Qualifications:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
- Valid California credential with BCBA Authorization
- Previous experience working within school settings preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to ethical standards and best practices in behavioral analysis
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs for students
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments and create behavior intervention plans
- Train and support teachers, staff, and families in implementing strategies and data collection
- Consult regularly with educators and related service providers to ensure student progress
- Maintain documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal regulations
