Role Overview

• Location: On-site (Waddell, AZ)
• Schedule: Variable shift start times between 2:00 AM and 7:00 PM
• Pay Rate: $15/hour

This Junior Service Desk Technician position serves as the first point of contact for customers seeking IT assistance and support.

Your Mission as a Junior Service Desk Technician

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers by answering calls, emails, and system-generated requests.
• Create and manage support tickets while ensuring accurate documentation.
• Provide timely notifications and updates using established procedures and SOPs.
• Support equipment shipping, receiving, and inventory-related activities.
• Update mobility information and maintain organized storeroom operations.
• Assist with laptop resets, peripheral fulfillment, and package tracking.
• Document solutions and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Complete additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.

What You Bring to the TeamEducation & Certifications

• High School Diploma or GED required

Experience & Skills

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and common IT tools
• Ability to follow SOPs and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with shipping processes and asset tracking is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Successful Junior Service Desk Technician candidates demonstrate strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced support environment.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule within the designated operating hours
• Ability to pass a background check prior to hire
