This opportunity will be supporting our babies in the nursery. With a collaborative care model and a commitment to clinical excellence, you'll play a vital role in delivering remarkable care to both mother and baby.Schedule: 7 pm - 7 am, Night Shift, Part-TimeDepartment: Family Care Unit (Nursery)Location: Brunswick Medical CenterSkills: Seeking Level II NICU Experience to support our youngest NeonatesWhat You'll Do:Provide comprehensive nursing care to healthy and at-risk newborns during transition, stabilization, hospitalization, and discharge.Monitor maternal and fetal status, recognizing and responding to changes in condition.Collaborate with OB providers, midwives, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.Educate and support patients and families throughout the birthing and postpartum experience.Advocate for individualized, patient-centered birth plans while ensuring evidence-based care.What We're Looking For:Education:High School Diploma or GED, required.4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, required. If your RN nursing license has been inactive, retired or lapsed for five years or more and you have not been licensed in another state during the last five years, successful completion of a Board approved refresher course is required prior to reactivating or reinstating your license.
