Responsibilities include: Cleaning and sanitizing classrooms, offices, hallways, restrooms, cafeteria, gymnasium, and other school areas Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, and general facility upkeep Assisting with school event setup and cleanup as needed Monitoring building conditions and reporting maintenance or safety concerns Maintaining school grounds and assisting with minor maintenance tasks when needed Following all local and state health and safety regulations The ideal candidate should be dependable, able to work independently, and committed to maintaining a positive environment for students, staff, and visitors. Job Requirements Full-time, 12-month position Reports directly to the Principal Salary based on a school-adopted pay scale modeled after the North Carolina Public School Salary Schedule Full benefits package available with full-time employment Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; Bethel Hill Charter School is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
