The office supportsstudents with disabilities at any Tri-C campus; Common disability types includelearning disabilities, sensory limitations, psychiatric conditions, physicalmobility conditions, and chronic health issues. In this role, you will: Develop professional competencies in customer service and communication Assist peers with college systems, resources, and processes Build yourteamwork and problem-solving skills by working collaboratively with otherstudent employees and staff Enhanceleadership, teamwork, and intercultural competence by supporting campusevents and engaging with diverse student populations. Answer phoneand take messages; Clericalduties such as filing, open mail, and copying; Assist withspecial projects; Other dutiesas assigned. Consistently maintain 6 credit hours each semester; Maintain satisfactory academic progress; Adhere to College's confidentiality policy; Successfully pass background/drug screening; Answer phone and take messages; Clerical duties such as filing, data entry, copying and faxing; Open and sort mail;Strong interpersonal communication skills; Willingness to learn new technology; Assist with special projects; Other duties as assigned.
