Job Description We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Packer/Machine Operator to join our 1st shift production team in Bristol, Rhode Island. This role will start as a packer and will transition to operating a slitting machine based on production volume. Operate slitting machinery in a safe and efficient manner according to company standards. Perform start‑up, shut‑down, and regular operational checks on equipment. Follow all processes and safety instructions related to slitting materials. Monitor machine output to ensure consistent quality. Inspect finished materials for accuracy and quality compliance. Perform basic maintenance and cleaning on machines and equipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace. Complete necessary production documentation and reporting. Work effectively with team members and leadership to meet production goals.
