This role is responsible for accurately transcribing audio recordings of expert interviews, management calls, healthcare industry discussions, and internal research meetings. The ideal candidate has exceptional attention to detail, superior written communication abilities, and a strong understanding of medical and healthcare terminology. Key Responsibilities Transcribe audio and video recordings into accurate, well-formatted written documents with fast turnaround times (24-48 hours) Ensure precision in terminology, especially related to drugs, biological and chemical concepts, company names, and names of key opinion leaders and stakeholders. Identify and correctly note financial terms and acronyms (ARPOB, EV/EBITDA, CDMO, etc.) Flag ambiguous statements and collaborate with analysts and research associates to clarify unclear segments or technical terms as needed. Organize and archive transcripts for easy retrieval by the research team. Maintain confidentiality and data security when handling sensitive financial and healthcare information. Qualifications Strong familiarity with healthcare, biotech, and financial terminology (or willingness to quickly learn). Exceptional typing speed (70+ WPM preferred) with high accuracy. Excellent English grammar, spelling, and attention to detail. Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, research-driven environment. High degree of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information. Experience with transcription software [such as Temi or Rev] and secure file-sharing tools. Background in healthcare, finance, biomedical sciences, or related fields. #J-18808-Ljbffr
