The Property Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring smooth communication between residents, vendors, maintenance leasing, and management while assisting with administrative operations, project coordination, and property organization.This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and can effectively balance administrative tasks with resident and operational support.ResponsibilitiesAssist with the daily operations of the property and support the Property ManagersConflict resolution with tenant complaintsRespond to resident questions, concerns, and service requests professionally and promptlyManage turn over schedule and schedule necessary repairs and vendor servicesAssist with rent collections, delinquency follow-up, and payment processingMaintain accurate resident files, reports, and property recordsOversee curb appeal process and grounds staff schedulesSupport resident retention efforts and community engagement initiativesCoordinate with maintenance staff regarding work orders and unit readinessAssist with maintaining occupancy goals and leasing performanceEnsure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policiesHelp prepare reports related to occupancy, collections, and resident activityCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salaryPaid time off and holidaysHealth, dental, and vision insuranceOpportunities for advancement and professional growth401k MatchingScheduleFull-timeMonday–Friday, 9am-5pmQualificationsPrevious property management, leasing, or administrative experience preferredStrong customer service and communication skillsExcellent organization and multitasking abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing prioritiesBasic accounting and collections experience preferredProficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and property management softwareHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredPreferred SkillsExperience with Entrata or similar softwareLeasing and sales experienceKnowledge of Fair Housing regulationsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsBilingual is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
