HOST/SERVER ASSISTANT

Compensation: $15.16 - $15.16. Tip eligibility. Per the Colorado Constitution, this employer claims tip credit per Colorado standards. Greet guests and seat them in the dining and bar areas, ensuring a smooth handoff to service staff. Coordinate wait times and seat guests with a sense of urgency. Always smile and engage in genuine conversations with guests. Demonstrate teamwork by supporting all areas of the restaurant as business needs arise. Commit to food safety, cleanliness, job safety, and sanitation standards. Buss tables, deliver food, and support the dining room, ensuring opportunities to WOW guests are fulfilled. Have a general knowledge of the menu and recommend and upsell products. Answer the phone promptly and professionally, directing calls as needed. Lead the lobby experience for each guest, following Outback hospitality standards. Assist guests and support servers by serving food and beverages, clearing and resetting tables, and maintaining a clean dining environment. Requirements Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 30 lbs. Able to work in hot and cold environments. Ability to walk and stand for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift. Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting, and stooping. Manual dexterity to handle glassware, utensils, and technology systems. Ability to move quickly in a fast‑paced environment. Visual ability to include distance, close, color, depth, and peripheral vision; ability to adjust focus as needed.
