Senior Product Manager - Business Center and Business AccountLocation: San JoseEmployment Type: RegularJob Code: A14299ResponsibilitiesThe TikTok Business Center Product team is responsible for building and innovating features within the TikTok Business Center, a platform that helps organizations and agencies efficiently manage multiple TikTok ad accounts, users, assets, and finances in a secure environment. Our mission is to empower businesses with TikTok for Business solutions, enabling them to connect with audiences and maximize their brand potential. As the account service provider for internal product lines, we ensure a consistent experience across different product offerings to drive synergy. We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to collaborate with cross-functional teams and elevate the platform to the next level. Responsibilities include:Drive the evolution of Business Center solutions to meet the needs of advertisers and business owners.Recommend and prioritize innovative features to enhance user experience and performance.Explore opportunities for full-funnel marketing practices within TikTok, developing scalable product solutions to support growth.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges, set objectives, and define product strategies.Lead alignment across various functions and stakeholders to refine requirements and execute your roadmap.Leverage customer feedback, user research, behavioral data, and other insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.Track and analyze key product metrics to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.Stay current with ad tech industry trends and emerging technologies, applying that knowledge to innovate and keep TikTok at the forefront of advertising solutions.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:BA/BS degree.3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, managing full product cycles, integrating customer feedback, and driving prioritization.2+ years of experience building and launching ad interfaces/platform products.Quick learner with strong judgment and creative thinking skills.Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally, influence product management and engineering teams, and work effectively with engineering, design, data science, and other teams.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to use data to guide product decisions and improve performance.Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex product concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications:Experience as a PM, building and launching ad interface/platform products.Experience in fast-paced environments or rapidly evolving industries.Exceptional organizational and analytical skills in global, cross-functional roles.Compensation and BenefitsThe base salary range for this position in the selected city is $185600 - $374000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others.
