Hospice Nurse Practitioner - Flexible, Community-Based Care

CorsoCare Hospice is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to perform face-to-face assessments of hospice patients in various settings under the supervision of the Hospice Physician or Medical Director. The NP will collaborate with the physician and care team to determine eligibility and provide interventions for pain and symptom management, ensuring adherence to HIPAA and professional standards. A strong preference for 5 years of nursing experience in oncology, hospice, geriatrics, or ICU, and active NP #J-18808-Ljbffr CorsoCare
